Wrapped in a wonderful lemon and herb crust. Pan seared with White Wine, and Maitre d' butter, then roasted to sheer perfection. Great with our garlic mashed New Potatoes!
 

Stuffed with Spinach, smoked Provolone Cheese, sauced Sweet Red Cabbage, Roasted Red Peppers and fresh ground Peppercorn. Served atop a bed of Chef's Sauce Geraldine with Portabella Mushrooms.
